Pastor Darrell has served as lead pastor at Saint Paul Methodist Church since June 2014. He is a graduate of United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH and graduated with a Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Church Renewal in 2016. Darrell was ordained as an elder in full connection in the Global Methodist Church in September 2023 at Asbury Theological Seminary.

Pastor Darrell has a heart for reaching the lost and helping people grow in their faith and becoming faithful disciples of Jesus Christ.

“At my core, I am an evangelical Christian who believes the gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation. I believe the Scriptures are God's inspired, authoritative, and infallible Word. I believe people must be born again through repentance and faith in Christ. I believe the Church is called to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ boldly and make disciples of all nations.

I believe all the gifts of the Holy Spirit remain available to the Church today. I believe God still heals, speaks, empowers, and works through His people by the Spirit. I desire a Spirit-filled Christianity that is biblical, balanced, and deeply rooted in the life of the Church.

I am also deeply sacramental in my theology. I believe baptism and Holy Communion are far more than mere symbols. They are means of grace through which God ministers to His people.”
